We’re seeking an interim hands-on PMO Lead to steer local operations and manage operational/strategical initiatives. This is a generalist role with responsibility across project management, finance support, and on-the-ground coordination.
What You’ll Do:

Lead operations and project initiatives for the Spainish hub location

Act as the link between HQ and on-ground teams – ensuring strong communication and reporting

Support cost control, budgeting, and financial KPI tracking

Coordinate across workplace, finance, comms, and potential event planning

Drive operational discipline and reporting structures as the hub scales
What You Bring:

5+ years in PMO, operations, consulting, or business coordination roles

Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers
- Experience with transformations beneficial

Excellent stakeholder and communication abilities

Comfortable working in a dynamic, partially ambiguous environment

Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Available to work onsite in Barcelona Minimum 2 days/week
