UAS Test Pilot – Defense Tech – California

The Role: We’re looking for an experienced UAS Test Pilot to join a lean, technically rigorous flight operations team. You’ll be at the heart of the test program – evaluating fixed-wing unmanned platforms across a range of mission profiles, building out flight test procedures, and conducting functional check flights on production aircraft.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience operating fixed-wing or small UAS platforms, with a focus on autonomous systems
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- US Citizenship required (ITAR environment)
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on performance and reliability feedback
