As part of our expansion, we’re establishing a new office in the Copenhagen South area and are looking for experienced professionals to play a central role in building and developing the team. We’re seeking individuals with solid expertise in structural design who can contribute to the technical development of our projects and help strengthen collaboration across locations.
Your Role
You’ll be working on a wide variety of projects – from residential and commercial developments to public buildings, renovations, and iconic high-profile structures. Sustainability and innovation are core elements of our approach, and we encourage fresh thinking and continuous improvement in our design methods.
You will enjoy a high degree of flexibility and ownership in your daily work. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to define your own path, collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, and take part in shaping both your role and the office environment from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified structural engineer with at least 10 years of experience in designing building structures.
- Has strong technical knowledge of structural materials and design principles.
- Is organized, accountable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
- Shares knowledge openly and helps raise the professional level across projects.
- Collaborates effectively with other disciplines and understands interface coordination.
- Builds strong relationships and seeks out new perspectives.
- Has clear ambitions for both personal and professional development.
- Takes responsibility and demonstrates ownership across all project phases.
- Communicates fluently in Danish, with English proficiency preferred.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Design and calculate wood, concrete, and steel structures.
- Contribute to both new-build and renovation projects.
- Participate in concept development and act as concept manager when needed.
- Lead the technical aspects of projects and promote cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and help mentor junior engineers.
