HRIS Business Systems Manager| Durham, NC | Hybrid
Are you a strategic HR technology leader ready to make a real impact? The City of Durham is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager to lead our HR technology function and shape the future of HR operations for 2,800 employees.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a 5-person HRIS team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM post-go-live stabilization, ongoing configuration, and system optimization.
- Partner with HR divisions to translate business needs into technology solutions, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Deliver end-user training, champion adoption, and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in HRIS or HR technology; 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM preferred; SAP SF, Workday, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce NOW considered.
- Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical skills.
- HR certification (IPMA-CP, SHRM, CEBS) or local government experience a plus.
