We are hiring for x2 Freelance CyberSecurity Project Managers to join our client in Barcelona on a new initiative.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across multiple teams
* Define project scope and plans in collaboration with security architects
* Track and drive remediation of security findings from identification to closure
* Lead implementation of security tools and coordinate with external vendors
* Align security controls with business operations to minimize disruption
* Communicate security risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience & Knowledge
* 6+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments
* 4+ years delivering technical projects (security experience preferred)
* Strong understanding of security fundamentals (encryption, APIs, CI/CD, networks)
* Experience working with NIST, SOC 2, or CIS control frameworks
* Proven ability to balance security requirements with delivery speed
* Business-level English required
Start: March 2026
Location: Barcelona (Occasional onsite presence)
Initial Contract: 3 months
