Job Title: Program Manager
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end execution of space programs, from feasibility studies to mission close-out
* Oversee daily project management activities, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality
* Own and manage complex contracts with institutional, government, and commercial customers
* Collaborate with system architects, technical leads, and engineering teams to ensure mission success
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across flight, ground, and program segments
* Manage financial planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation throughout the program lifecycle
Must Haves
* 8+ years of experience in the spacecraft industry, with at least 3 years in technical or project leadership roles
* Full lifecycle experience with satellite missions, from business development to delivery and operations
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering and business disciplines
* Deep understanding of LEO, MEO, or GEO spacecraft systems and mission design
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple critical paths concurrently
* Comfortable interacting with institutional and commercial customers (e.g., LSA, ESA)
