The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineer to help establish and mature a world-class flight test capability. You’ll operate across the full test lifecycle – from planning and instrumentation through execution and post-flight analysis – on cutting-edge unmanned platforms. This is a hands-on role with genuine systems-level scope.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related discipline
- Demonstrated track record in a flight test engineering capacity, with exposure to autonomous or unmanned systems
- Familiarity with FAA regulatory frameworks and UAS operational requirements
- US Citizenship required (ITAR environment)
- Strong technical writing and cross-functional communication skills
