Project Focus
The consultant will be engaged in a SuccessFactors transformation project, concentrating on the Recruiting Management and Onboarding modules. The role involves driving configuration, integration, and user adoption activities to ensure a smooth end-to-end deployment and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Support a SuccessFactors implementation project with a focus on Recruiting Management and Onboarding modules.
• Lead end-to-end configuration, from blueprinting and design through build, test, and deployment.
• Deliver integration workstreams between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, and external ATS systems.
• Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with HR and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment to project goals.
• Drive user adoption, providing training, coaching, and change management support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
