UX Researcher – Qualitative Research – Berlin – Temporary Employment

Location: Hybrid in Berlin
Availability: Full-time
Contract Duration: 6 months + potential to extend
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is seeking a UX Researcher with strong qualitative research experience to support the development of their products. This role requires close collaboration with UX researchers and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that inform product and design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, moderate, and synthesize qualitative research studies within a rolling research program.
* Collaborate with UX Researchers and stakeholders to define research objectives and develop discussion guides.
* Facilitate qualitative research sessions with users while ensuring smooth execution and NDA compliance.
* Rapidly analyze qualitative data and produce clear, actionable summaries to support product and design decisions.
* Support participant recruitment and scheduling in partnership with the Research Program Coordinator.
* Utilize internal recruiting tools and systems to ensure efficient research operations.

Desired Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience conducting qualitative UX research and moderating user interviews or usability sessions.
* Strong ability to synthesize qualitative insights and communicate findings clearly.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing research logistics.
* Familiarity with participant recruitment processes and research operations support.
* Experience working in fast-paced products or digital environments is highly desirable.
