HR & Accounting Specialist
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee various office operations and processes
* Assist management with correspondence and administrative tasks
* Handle personnel administration, recruitment, reporting, and certification
* Manage and process subsidy-related documentation
* Support financial accounting, including account allocation, posting (accounts payable, receivable, bank, and cash transactions), and invoicing
* Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
* Coordinate appointments and provide general administrative support
Your Profile:
* Completed commercial training or extensive experience in office management
* Practical experience in accounting
* Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
* Strong sense of responsibility
* Fluent in German with solid English skills
