We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a pharmaceutical construction project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring Health, Safety & Environmental compliance across the site, with a particular focus on safe systems of work and commissioning-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
• Support safe execution of construction, installation, and commissioning activities
• Enforce and audit Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTO/LOTOto) procedures
• Conduct site inspections and safety walks
• Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and permit-to-work reviews
• Track and report incidents, near misses, and follow-up actions
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and client HSE teams
• Maintain familiarity with AMK-B safety management systems and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven HSE experience on large construction or pharmaceutical sites
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with LOTO/LOTOto systems
• Familiarity with AMK-B site safety protocols
• Recognised HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-contractor environment
