Role Overview
We are looking for an HRIS Support Consultant with UKG Ready experience to support a portfolio of existing clients.
This is a fully remote position focused on post-implementation support, helping clients maximise their use of the platform across HR, payroll, and time & labour processes.
You will act as a key point of contact for system-related queries, troubleshooting, configuration support, and ongoing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for clients using UKG Ready (HR, Payroll, Time & Labour modules)
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend resolutions or escalate where appropriate
- Support configuration changes and optimisation requests
- Help clients improve workflows across HR, payroll, and workforce management processes
- Deliver user guidance, training, and documentation to drive system adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Build strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality support
Requirements
- Proven experience with UKG Ready (or similar HRIS platforms)
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and time & labour processes
- Background in HRIS support, application support, or system administration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Practical experience is valued over formal qualifications
