Seller Capital Program Manager – Temporary – Berlin
Location: Berlin (Hybrid)
Availability: Full-time
Contract Duration: 6 months + extension
Start Date: ASAP


Our client is seeking a Seller Capital Program Manager to drive adoption of seller-financing solutions among larger online sellers. In this role, you will provide education, guidance, and high-touch support throughout the financing journey, helping sellers understand available funding options and navigate the application process. Acting as a neutral advisor within a multi-lender environment, you will focus on delivering trusted guidance that prioritizes seller outcomes and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a subject-matter expert on seller financing products and available funding solutions.
* Proactively engage eligible sellers through structured outreach and education.
* Educate sellers on financing concepts, trade-offs, and available options using approved materials.
* Provide neutral, best-fit recommendations aligned with seller needs and platform guidelines.
* Support sellers through the financing application and conversion process, coordinating with internal teams and external partners where required.
* Deliver one-to-many enablement initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and events to increase awareness and adoption.
* Maintain accurate CRM records including seller interactions, recommendations, and outcomes.
* Ensure strict adherence to compliance, disclosure, and seller trust guidelines.


Desired Skills and Experience:
* Experience in program management, account management, or partnerships within fintech, marketplaces, or financial services.
* Strong understanding of seller financing, lending products, or small business funding solutions.
* Ability to educate and guide business customers on financial concepts and funding options.
* Experience managing both one-to-one client engagement and one-to-many enablement activities such as webinars or workshops.
* Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accurate CRM documentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
