The Position

The organization is seeking a Computer Vision Engineer who combines strong technical skills with the ability to solve complex, real-world problems. This role centers on collaborating directly with clients to analyze their toughest challenges and build custom AI solutions using advanced vision systems and simulation technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with client teams to identify technical pain points and craft AI-driven approaches to address them.

• Design, implement, and deploy computer vision models adapted to diverse operational scenarios.

• Serve as the key link between client requirements and internal product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are effectively delivered.

• Provide technical expertise during engagements, translating business needs into practical, high-impact implementations.

• Feed insights from hands-on deployments back into the platform to drive continuous product improvements.

• Prepare and deliver proof-of-concepts and demonstrations to audiences ranging from engineers to senior leadership.

• Actively participate in relevant technical networks and industry-focused events as a representative of the organization.

Required Background:

• 4+ years in an engineering role involving direct client interaction and hands-on experience in computer vision and machine learning

• Strong Python programming skills with experience using major computer vision libraries and frameworks.

• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical ideas for varied audiences.

• Demonstrated strength in diagnosing problems and developing tailored, customer-focused solutions.

• Experience bridging field feedback into product and engineering roadmaps.

Additional Experience That Stands Out:

• Familiarity with simulation or real-time rendering engines.

• Prior exposure to technical outreach, developer advocacy, or roles requiring on-site engineering deployment.

• Knowledge of 3D asset workflows and tools for environment or model creation and modification.
