Senior Linux / Container Infrastructure Engineer – CCI / OpenShift
The Hague (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Start: April 2026
Contract: 12 months
A large organisation based in The Hague is looking for an experienced Linux / Container Infrastructure Engineer to support a major platform initiative centred around Cloud Container Infrastructure (CCI).
The organisation is currently on a large-scale containerisation journey, onboarding multiple applications onto their CCI platform. They are looking for engineers with deep container infrastructure knowledge who can help design, build and support a robust platform environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and optimise container infrastructure platforms
- Support onboarding of multiple applications onto the CCI platform
- Work with Red Hat and OpenShift environments
- Contribute to automation and infrastructure scripting
- Collaborate with platform, DevOps and application teams
Required Experience
- Strong Linux engineering background
- Proven experience with container infrastructure / CCI environments
- Hands-on with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms
- Automation and scripting using Bash or Python
Nice to Have
- Experience with Puppet
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise platform environments
- Infrastructure automation and configuration management experience
Contract Details
- 12-month contract
- Start in April
- Hybrid working model (2 days onsite in The Hague)
- Interviews taking place in March
