What You’ll Do
- Lead and train a 4-6-person fabrication team
- Drive daily production goals and meet deadlines
- Perform and oversee fabrication layout from blueprints
- Ensure proper rigging and loading operations
- Maintain high standards of safety and PPE compliance
- Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
This is a working foreman role – you’ll lead from the front while remaining hands-on in fabrication operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of fabrication experience, with foreman or lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and perform structural layout from blueprints
- Proficiency in welding and oxygen/acetylene cutting
- Solid rigging skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High School Diploma preferred
