Location: Hoofddorp / Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our digital team and help turn data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive product and marketing improvements through data storytelling, dashboarding, and experimentation.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and opportunities

• Build interactive dashboards and define key performance indicators

• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate and cohesive data integration

• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

• Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

• Contribute to data-driven decision-making across digital platforms

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, within e-commerce, digital platforms or logistics

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI

• Proficiency in Python or R

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

• Experience with Git/GitHub and DBT is a plus
