A highly respected HR and payroll technology provider with over 60 years’ experience delivering innovative Human Capital Management solutions. They are seeking a UKG Ready Consultant to join their team and deliver client-focused UKG Ready implementations.
This is a fantastic chance to work with a market-leading HCM provider, supporting clients across multiple industries with HR, payroll, time & attendance, and talent management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UKG Ready implementations for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate these into system configuration and best-practice recommendations.
- Configure Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, and Benefits modules.
- Support data migration, testing, and system validation.
- Deliver training sessions and documentation to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of UKG Ready.
- Provide ongoing consultancy support to optimise client solutions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven UKG Ready experience (4+ years) in implementation or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes in the US.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
