Key Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
- Diagnose faults and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Respond to urgent service calls and minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain accurate service reports and ensure compliance
- Keep service vehicle stocked with tools and parts
- Build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally
- Follow safety procedures and complete ongoing technical training
- Support emergency service calls and additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Experience servicing rotary screw air compressors (oil-free and/or oil-flooded) required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude; multi-craft experience is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license with ability to pass drug test and background check
- Physically able to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through training
