We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join a growing HVAC business in the Houston market.
This role focuses on selling residential and light commercial HVAC equipment to contractors and builders, offering strong earning potential, an established customer base, and consistent demand in a high-growth market.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, builders, and light commercial clients
- Sell residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, RTUs, and accessories
- Grow existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → closing
- Provide product knowledge, pricing support, and solutions to meet customer needs
- Deliver a high level of customer service to drive repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

- Existing relationships with contractors or builders is a strong plus
