Change Manager – SuccessFactors (Fluent Spanish & English)

We’re currently partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a major HR transformation, and we’re looking for a Change Management Specialist with deep expertise in SuccessFactors and Prosci methodology.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute change management activities across large-scale HRIS implementations.

Develop and implement change strategies aligned with Prosci methodology.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and project managers.

Drive user adoption of SuccessFactors modules across business units.

Deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and communication strategies.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale transformation initiatives.

Solid understanding and hands-on use of Prosci methodology.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (any module).

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
-
Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
Nice to Have:

Experience in multinational environments.

Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
