Project Focus
- Our end client, a large Retail organisation is preparing for an SAP ERP rollout in Romania. The SAP system implementation is being delivered by a third-party integrator
- The SAP Project Manager will act as the key interface between internal stakeholders, senior management, and the external system integrator, ensuring governance, progress tracking, and transparent communication throughout the rollout. The role reports directly into the CFO of the end client and requires strong stakeholder management at an executive level.
- Core SAP scope includes Finance and Sales, with limited exposure to Logistics.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, ideally within ERP rollout or transformation projects
- Strong background managing and controlling third-party SAP integrators
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Solid understanding of SAP Finance and Sales (Logistics exposure is a plus)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to keep top management aligned and informed
- Languages: English (mandatory), Romanian and/or Hungarian native speakers are a big advanatge
