We’re looking for a CRM Freelancer with Braze expertise to support B2B lifecycle and ad-hoc campaigns. This role blends campaign execution, technical setup, analytics, and copy quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, launch & optimize B2B CRM campaigns in Braze email & in-app

• Create and manage Braze Canvases, including A/B testing & performance iteration

• Use Liquid for dynamic personalization and advanced logic

• Build/localize templates; manage localization workflows

• Analyze performance via Looker dashboards and provide optimization insights

• Collaborate with stakeholders; QA campaigns and review/refine marketing copy

• Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign production, analysis & workflows

Must-have skills:

• Strong Braze expertise (Canvas, segmentation, personalization, Liquid)

• Solid HTML/CSS for emails/templates

• High technical literacy; experience with automation tools

• Analytical mindset + strong communication skills

• B2B lifecycle marketing experience

Nice to have: SQL, Databricks, broader MarTech experience
