Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS Engineer for a contract role based in Atlanta. This position is ideal for a highly skilled engineer with strong hands-on experience delivering Building Management Systems on complex commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, commission, and troubleshoot BMS systems

• Work with controls platforms (e.g. Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar)

• Develop and modify control strategies and graphics

• Carry out system integration and functional testing

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on-site

• Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience as a BMS / Controls Engineer

• Strong background in commissioning and/or software engineering

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Experience working on large commercial or industrial projects

• Ability to work independently in a contract environment

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
