PMO Manager/Project Manager – AI Transformation – Zurich – Hybrid
Location: 3 days onsite in Zurich per week

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a mid-level PMO Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide AI transformation programme. The role sits within a central Delivery Centre responsible for programme governance, planning, and delivery discipline across multiple business and technology workstreams.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on enabling effective execution, providing clear insight for decision-making, and embedding robust programme management practices within a complex, evolving transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and support a central PMO for a large, multi-year AI transformation programme.
* Maintain the integrated master programme plan and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
* Embed programme standards, processes, templates, and delivery cadence.
* Act as the single source of truth for programme plans, status, risks, and issues.
* Support governance forums with high-quality, evidence-based decision materials.
* Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies across the programme.
* Support budget planning, forecasting, financial control, and benefits tracking.
* Produce clear, decision-focused reporting highlighting trends, risks, and delivery hotspots.
* Build strong relationships with workstream leads and act as a constructive delivery challenger.

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in project, programme, or PMO roles.
* Strong programme delivery and PMO capability within complex transformation environments.
* Proven experience supporting large-scale, multi-workstream programmes.
* Solid understanding of governance, financial control, and dependency management.
* Experience within Insurance or Finance environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Degree-level education and fluent English required.
