I’m looking for someone who:
- Has proven senior line‑management experience in complex IT environments
- Has managed senior delivery leads and professionals
- Has experience guiding teams through reorganisations, scaling phases or structural change
- Has handled structural underperformance, improvement trajectories and exit decisions
- Can operate independently in a high‑pressure, politically complex environment
- Is strong in senior stakeholder management
- Brings high self‑awareness and reflective capability
- Has experience working with distributed teams, including nearshore/offshore (e.g. India)
