Our client:

A leading provider of automation and control systems for the plastics extrusion industry. With decades of innovation and customer-focused solutions, they deliver cutting-edge technology that ensures precision, efficiency, and sustainability in production processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain automation and control systems at customer sites in Germany and occasionally across Europe.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on-site and remotely.
• Work closely with engineering and customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Profile

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a related field.
• Professional experience in service, maintenance, or technical support ideally within the plastics or automation industry.
• Previous experience as a Service Technician/Engineer.
• Willingness to travel, internationally.
• Fluency in German and English.
