Position: Senior Sales Executive – Marine Lubricants & Chemicals
Location: Hamburg, Germany
Role Overview:
Our client, a smaller, independent company in the marine industry, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with an existing network of ship owners, ship managers, and marine contacts. This is a strategic role for someone who can leveraging their relationships to grow international sales of marine lubricants and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand relationships with ship owners, ship managers, and other key marine industry clients.

Use own existing network to generate immediate sales opportunities.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve gross profit targets in the first year.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment and client satisfaction.

Represent the company in international trading and client visits.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven in sales of marine lubricants or chemicals.

Established network in the shipping or marine industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Fluent in English; German is advantageous.

Knowledge of logistics and international trade is a plus.

Ability to work independently and generate results quickly.
