What You’ll Do
- Achieve or exceed annual sales and margin targets for equipment offerings
- Spend 80-90% of time prospecting and meeting customers in the field
- Develop new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with regional teams to design customer-focused system solutions
- Manage territory strategy to grow market share and penetrate competitive accounts
- Apply a structured sales process to consistently deliver results
- Maintain CRM records and activity tracking
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Identify challenges in accounts or territory and take corrective action
What You’ll Need
- Experience in outside sales (compressed air or industrial equipment preferred)
- Proven track record of success in service or technical sales
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Team-oriented mindset and professional work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
