Job Title: D365 CRM Solution Architect
Project scope:

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring the platform supports the organisation’s sales and customer service processes.

Defining the technical and functional architecture, guiding configuration and integrations, and ensuring the solution aligns with business, data, and system requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable D365 CRM solutions, providing architectural governance across the implementation and ensuring best practices, performance, and long-term platform stability.
Must Have Experience:

8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / D365 Sales architecture and solution design.

Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 CRM implementations in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect capacity.

Strong knowledge of D365 architecture, integrations, data models, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

Candidates must be able to work on-site in Luxembourg full time or be willing to relocate.
Contract Length: 12 months
On-Site Presence: 5 Days per Week
Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Rate: €€ competitive
