About the Role
A leading HR technology and consulting firm is seeking an experienced WFM Lead to manage large-scale Workforce Management implementations and provide hands-on technical leadership. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will engage at a high level with enterprise clients, translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, and mentor junior team members while designing advanced tools and artifacts to support large-scale deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Workforce Management implementations for enterprise clients, including high-profile organizations (e.g., implementations at Google-scale or for 10,000+ employees).
- Serve as the primary technical and functional lead, converting complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Develop tools, templates, and artifacts to standardize and optimize implementations across multiple clients.
- Act as the face of the project, managing client expectations, conducting executive-level discussions, and delivering solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor and guide consultants and analysts, providing technical coaching and professional development.
- Configure WFM modules, oversee integrations, and ensure accurate and efficient system functionality.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and client training sessions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and project deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and leading UKG Workforce Management (Pro, Dimensions, Ready or similar) solutions.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations for enterprise clients (10,000+ employees).
- Strong technical skills, including configuration, integrations, and solution design.
- Demonstrated experience taking business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Executive presence and ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
