Voor een groeiende financiƫle dienstverlener in Almere zoeken wij een enthousiaste junior of medior IT Support medewerker. Je biedt ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers, lost IT-problemen op en zorgt voor een soepele werking van onze systemen.
Wat ga je doen?

Eerste- en tweedelijns support (telefonisch, remote en op locatie)

Oplossen van hardware- en softwareproblemen

Installeren en configureren van werkplekken

Administratie en documentatie van incidenten
Wie ben jij?

Afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting IT
-
1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring
-
Klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands Ć©n Engels
