Join a well-established, stable energy platform with deep utility roots and a growing footprint in solar, wind, and battery storage. We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Manager who will also serve as a Performance Engineer, playing a pivotal role in maximizing asset availability and optimizing operational support across our renewable energy fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional operations support across Engineering (Performance, Electrical, SCADA), Procurement, IT, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
• Monitor and optimize renewable asset performance using tools like PI Vision and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot technical issues including inverter failures, data loss, and suboptimal system behavior.
• Support warranty claims, root cause analysis, and end-of-warranty inspections.
• Produce performance reports, dashboards, and technical insights to inform operations and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Ensure alignment between operational teams and support functions to meet safety, compliance, and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or operations management.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with familiarity in performance monitoring platforms and SCADA systems.
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate cross-functional teams in a technical operations setting.
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a conservative, results-oriented environment.

• Contract: 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanent hire
• Compensation: Competitive rate based on experience
