Together with a motivated team, you will take on exciting challenges and complex problem-solving tasks. Are you ready to support our team with your service-oriented approach?

To drive the development of our strategic HR-IT landscape, we are seeking an experienced and innovative SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Technical Expert (a) for the Hirslanden Corporate Office in Zurich Glattpark to strengthen our ICT team.

Do you want to actively shape the future of our strategic HR system landscape? In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design, configuration, integration, and ongoing development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), as well as the connected HR system landscape.

You will ensure the stable, secure, and compliant operation of HR and payroll systems and take full technical responsibility for integrations, interfaces, and cross-system processes. As a technical sparring partner, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT architecture, external implementation partners, and other stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead technical configuration, enhancements, and custom developments related to EC/ECP
  • Resolve complex technical and payroll-related system issues and coordinate corrections
  • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and security compliance for HR/payroll integrations

  • Actively contribute to clinic integrations as well as centralization, automation, and standardization projects
  • Analyze, resolve, and sustainably address complex incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
  • Ensure compliance with defined system policies, security requirements, and standards across all clinics
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational manuals
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (HR, application owners, clinics) and international IT teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical education (technical college / university of applied sciences / university / ETH) or equivalent professional experience; degree in Business Informatics is an advantage
  • Strong HR process and IT knowledge
  • Solid experience with the technical architecture of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP
  • Practical experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, IDocs, and payroll system interfaces
  • Knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and the Payroll Control Center (technical aspects)
  • Familiarity with SAP, middleware tools, and HR data models
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong service orientation
  • Enjoyment of collaboration, automation, and technical problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage

Are you ready to start in an innovative environment?

With us, you can fully leverage your strengths, knowledge, and skills. From your first day, we ensure a warm welcome so that you feel comfortable from the start.

Even in your first week, you can enjoy many benefits:
