Regional Revenue Leader – UK
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth across the UK for a fast-growing digital learning business.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role responsible for scaling regional revenue across new business, retention, and expansion. You will lead and develop commercial teams across Sales, SDR, and Customer Success, while shaping and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets (New ARR, retention, expansion) across the UK
- Lead, coach, and scale country-level commercial teams, fostering high-performance collaboration
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks tailored to the UK market
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to maximize revenue impact
- Build a high-performance, data-driven, and accountable sales culture
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B commercial leadership experience, ideally within SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Proven success leading multi-functional revenue teams and exceeding quota
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Experience selling into HR / L&D audiences is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on commercial execution skills
