We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor with SAWCOD approval and a valid Saudi Iqama to support onshore operations across several project locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to promote a proactive safety culture in demanding field environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager experience in the oil and gas sector
- NBOSH Certification , with minimum of 3 years since completion
- Must hold a valid Iqama with a recognized safety-related job title (strict requirement)
- SAWCOD approval
- Fluent in English
Deliverables
- Monitor, record, and report near-misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions
- Lead and facilitate emergency response drills and provide safety coaching to site personnel
- Collaborate closely with project and site teams to promote and enforce a strong safety culture
- Maintain accurate and complete HSE documentation as per Saudi regulations and company requirements
