  • Prospect new and re-engage inactive accounts to generate revenue.
  • Effectively manage quotes and follow up as required.

  • Audit compressed air systems, present findings, and collaborate with local utility companies to process energy-efficiency rebates.
  • Support and grow the local sub-distribution network.
  • Provide training to customers and sub-distributors and troubleshoot existing systems.
  • Achieve Business Plan sales goals across product categories, including small and large rotary compressors, reciprocating compressors, accessories, and aftermarket services.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and departments to develop strategies for customer retention and recovery.
  • Utilize business tools such as Salesforce, CPQ systems, and ERP platforms to support quoting, follow-up, and activity tracking.
  • Process customer orders and maintain the integrity of the post-sales process, including purchase orders, documentation, approvals, and contract reviews.
  • Provide market, competitive, and customer feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews with the sales manager and broader team.
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and discussions.
  • Travel daily within the assigned sales territory and domestically as required.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in the compressed air industry or working with compressed air systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred) in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering, or another technical discipline; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
  • A willingness to take calculated risks while evaluating potential challenges.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to manage varying workloads while remaining organized, assertive, and flexible.

What We Offer

  • A culture defined by continuous improvement, openness to change, and feedback.
  • Individual learning and development opportunities, including training and global career paths.
  • A strong commitment to employee safety and well-being, supported by high workplace safety standards.
  • A competitive and fair compensation package.
  • Health insurance, paid leave, and retirement benefits.
  • A diverse, collaborative work environment where employees are valued, empowered, respected, developed, and rewarded.
  • Potential earnings of $155,000+ per year.
