Job Title: Pump Mechanic
Department: EESCO Service Department
Location: Baltimore, MD

Role Overview:
The Pump Mechanic will service, repair, and maintain high-speed rotating equipment, including centrifugal pumps, air handling fans, and electric motors, for commercial, institutional, municipal, and industrial clients. Work will be performed in the shop and on-site at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassembly, inspection, and repair of high-speed rotating equipment
• Assembly, installation, laser alignment, and testing
• On-site troubleshooting and maintenance
• Writing condition reports and requisitioning repair parts
• Communication with customers and shop management
• Safe handling of tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with high-speed rotating equipment
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted, 100 lbs assisted
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background, reference checks, and drug test
