Within our multidisciplinary team of thinkers and doers, there is room for an experienced technical-content Project Manager Civil Constructions . Someone who effectively bridges the gap between technology and customer demand. Do you recognize yourself in this? Then read on!

What are you going to do?

As Project Leader Civil Constructions you are the ” linking pin ” between our client, project manager and our specialists (constructors and modelers). You alternate between the role of project leader, advisor and design leader. In other words: your contribution is crucial in the timely realization of our impactful projects. Daily:

• you lead a wide range of technical projects within existing and new civil engineering;

• are you the advisor for your client and do you translate customer questions into concrete actions for the project team, including constructors and modelers;

• Do you ensure good cooperation and communication between all parties involved and do you monitor project planning and quality?

• solve the challenges that arise during the project, independently or as part of a team.

Aveco de Bondt offers you the opportunity to work together with your own colleagues, for example in geotechnics, permits and hydraulic engineering, on a wide range of multidisciplinary technical projects within existing and new civil engineering such as bridges, pumping stations, dams, water installations (AWZI, pumping stations) and energy stations. In addition to the complex projects, we offer you a lot of variety in terms of tasks, from design management to advising to project management. We have a flat team organization. In addition:

• a salary between €5,000 and €7,500, in line with your experience (based on 40 hours per week, excluding holiday pay);

• Design capacity: Experience in designing and calculating civil structures;

• Problem-solving skills: You are able to solve technical challenges creatively and effectively;
