The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, identifying their needs, and delivering accurate, timely solutions. This role includes preparing proposals and quotations, supporting pre- and post-order processes, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with engineering, maintenance, and purchasing personnel.

Review RFQs, specifications, and customer requirements.

Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals.

Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt, professional communication.

Maintain accurate customer information and provide internal technical support.

Build product knowledge and maintain strong relationships with principals.

Keep an organized work environment and model continuous improvement.

Participate in occasional travel for training.
Qualifications

High school diploma required; technical or mechanical degree is a plus.

1-2 years of related experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and mechanical aptitude.

Must pass background checks and drug testing.
