We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Technician to join our growing, family-oriented team of 30 professionals serving commercial clients throughout Northern Virginia.

Position Overview
This is a field-based service role focused on commercial systems. Technicians are trusted to work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and represent the company professionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems

Service Rooftop Units (RTUs), Cooling Towers, and Packaged Rooftop Systems

Work on Liebert Thermal & Power Systems

Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical schematics
-
Perform refrigerant handling in compliance with EPA standards
Qualifications
-
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
-
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience with RTUs and cooling tower systems
-
EPA Certification required
-
Valid driver’s license with clean record
