Foreman / Machine Operator – Infrastructure Projects

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and organise a site crew on complex construction operations

Operate and monitor specialised construction machinery

Coordinate with multiple teams including welding, logistics, and preparation crews

Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work on site

Report progress and collaborate closely with site management

Contribute ideas to improve processes and site performance
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience as a foreman, supervisor, shift leader, or machine operator
- Micro Tunnelling
-
Strong technical understanding of construction equipment, hydraulics, or mechanical systems
-
Natural leadership skills with a structured approach to work

A proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility
-
Flexibility to work on rotation where accommodation may be provided
