Cyprus.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven and Greek-speaking Business Development
Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Greek and Cypriot markets. This is a key growth
role, focused on both new business development and existing client relationship
management.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new B2B software sales in the Greek and Cypriot maritime sectors
* Build and maintain strategic, consultative client relationships
* Represent company at meetings, conferences, and industry events
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in software sales, preferably SaaS
* Familiarity with the maritime industry is a strong advantage
* Native Greek or C1+ proficiency
* Strong communicator and relationship builder
* Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
Compensation
* Salary: Flexible depending on experience
* Commission:
o 8% on new client revenue
o 3% annually on existing account revenue (where applicable)
