Sales Manager – Land Division (Industrial Markets)
Location: Hybrid (primarily home-based)
Travel: Monthly visit to Kiel + regional travel as required
The Opportunity
The role focuses on selling a technical solution into industrial production environments where deposits naturally build up on equipment, leading to downtime for cleaning and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales activities within an assigned regional market

Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial sectors

Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers

Sell technical solutions using a consultative, needs-based approach

Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations

Work closely with internal stakeholders to support successful delivery

Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategy development
Working Model

Hybrid role, primarily home-based

Travel to the Kiel office approximately once per month

Regional travel required for customer meetings and business development
