Join a well-established, stable energy platform with deep utility roots and a growing footprint in solar, wind, and battery storage. We’re looking for a Performance Engineers to help maximize asset availability and improve yields across a large renewable fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize asset performance using PI Vision and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot issues with inverters and other system components.
• Support warranty claims, failure analysis, and end-of-warranty inspections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on data analytics, technical reports, and operational support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in power generation or renewable energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a conservative, results-driven team.
