What You’ll Do
- Assess new tech and guide strategic direction
- Run feasibility studies and shape innovation projects

Who You Are
- PhD + 5 years’ experience in power semiconductors or systems
- Expertise in GaN/SiC, power modules, or smart control systems
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker
- Comfortable working on-site in Leuven (no remote)
- Fluent in English, with some travel expected
