Regional Revenue Leader – Southern Europe
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth across key Southern European markets (including Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal) for a fast-growing digital learning business.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role responsible for scaling regional revenue across new business, retention, and expansion. You will lead and develop multi-country commercial teams across Sales, SDR, and Customer Success, while shaping and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets (New ARR, retention, expansion)
- Lead, coach, and scale country-level commercial teams
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps
- Build a high-performance, data-driven, and accountable sales culture
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of B2B commercial leadership experience, ideally within SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Proven success leading multi-country revenue teams and exceeding quota
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Experience selling into HR / L&D audiences is advantageous
- Fluent in English plus at least one Southern European language (Italian, French, or Spanish)
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on commercial execution skills
