SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional looking for your next career move? A well-established SAP specialist consultancy is currently seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy working on complex transformation projects and are ready to take on both technical and strategic consulting responsibilities.

Your Role:

• Lead and support SAP system landscape transformations, including HR carve-outs, mergers, and reorganizations

• Deliver compelling on-site presentations of SAP® Add-On solutions

• Provide technical expertise during the sales process and engage directly with clients

• Translate client requirements into actionable, conceptual consulting strategies

• Design and execute feasibility studies and project follow-ups

Your Profile:

• Ideally experienced in HCM/HR SLO (System Landscape Optimization)

• Strong background in SAP HCM consulting or development, particularly in PA, PY, PT, and OM modules

• Familiar with SAP implementation methodologies and project environments

• Open to regular travel across the DACH region

• ABAP development experience would be a plus
