Would you like to take ownership of a full HR IT landscape and shape how an entire organisation works with HR technology? Would you like to work closely with HR, Finance, IT Architecture and external vendors to drive a modern, data‑driven HR ecosystem? Would you like to lead improvements across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, CoreHR, performance, learning, talent, and more?
This organisation is in the middle of a large-scale digital HR modernisation. They’re moving from fragmented tools toward a unified HR ecosystem and need someone who can bring structure, challenge requirements, and guide stakeholders through change. Your biggest challenge: turning complex HR needs into scalable, intuitive solutions while professionalising their HR technology foundation.
I’m looking for someone who:
- Has 3-5 years’ experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR IT consultancy.
- Understands HR processes end-to-end (CoreHR, onboarding/offboarding, learning, talent, performance, case management).
- Can write clear epics, user stories, and functional designs.
- Has experience with SaaS HR systems (e.g., Workday, AFAS, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Talentsoft).
- Is comfortable working with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Architecture) and external vendors.
- Can analyse feasibility, dependencies, risks, data implications, and integration impacts.
- Communicates clearly and can simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Already lives in the Netherlands, preferably within ~30 km of The Hague.
- Can be in the Den Haag office at least 3 days per week.
- Speaks Dutch (or is comfortable working in a Dutch-speaking environment).
