Medior Product Owner – HR Systems

NB: For this role, we can only consider professionals who are already based in the Netherlands, as we cannot offer visa or relocation support. Ideally, you live in the Randstad region.

Would you like to take ownership of a full HR IT landscape and shape how an entire organisation works with HR technology? Would you like to work closely with HR, Finance, IT Architecture and external vendors to drive a modern, data‑driven HR ecosystem? Would you like to lead improvements across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, CoreHR, performance, learning, talent, and more?

This organisation is in the middle of a large-scale digital HR modernisation. They’re moving from fragmented tools toward a unified HR ecosystem and need someone who can bring structure, challenge requirements, and guide stakeholders through change. Your biggest challenge: turning complex HR needs into scalable, intuitive solutions while professionalising their HR technology foundation.
