About the Role
As part of the Transactions & Delivery team, you will oversee project transactions (buy- and sell-side) and manage the delivery phase from “ready-to-build” through to full operation. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine commercial, financial, and technical skills in the fast-growing renewables sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Transactions (Buy- & Sell-Side):
- Support and manage renewable energy transactions across Europe, including due diligence, financial evaluation, and contract negotiation (e.g., sale and purchase agreements). You’ll also contribute to driving forward the sale of a multi-GW project pipeline.
- Project Management (Delivery):
- Oversee the completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes tendering, negotiating EPC, PPA, and financing contracts, and supporting on-site activities during the construction phase.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial modelling, asset valuation, and market analysis to support investment decisions and prepare high-quality presentations and documentation.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, project developers, financing partners, and other key stakeholders in the renewable energy ecosystem.
Your Profile
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field – ideally with a focus on renewable energy.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or a related sector. Experience in project transactions or project management within the wind or solar industry is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with experience in financial modelling.
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in German (native or equivalent) and English.
- Mindset:
- Agile, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure during demanding transaction phases.
